• 15% of ACT-Wazalendo parliamentary candidates are female
• 11% of CUF parliamentary candidates are female
• The group with the largest proportion of female candidates is the other parties

• The regions of Dar es Salaam, Pwani, Dodoma and all regions of Zanzibar have a larger number of female candidates.
• There are no female parliamentary candidates in either of Njombe or Simiyu regions.
