This analysis is based on 3,657 reports submitted by 301 observers, between September 25 and October 22, 2015.

• The number of observers reporting preparations for elections has increased considerably as election day approaches

In most places, preparations for the election are being seen, though just under a quarter of observers have not yet seen these preparations

• 55% of observers have reported witnessing voters registers being posted at polling stations
• 55% have witnessed parties being provided with names and addresses of polling stations
• 58% have witnessed official notice of elections
